Sydney has 9+ years experience cultivating environments that unify stakeholders from the public and private sectors to collectively drive outcomes. She is focused on human-centered design that meets organizations where they are and unlocks scaling potential. She received her Bachelors in International Studies from Boston College and a Masters in Social Enterprise Administration from Columbia University. Sydney currently serves on the Board of Directors of ECPAT-USA, a leading anti-trafficking organization.

Merina is a creative professional with a background in art, design, and operations. With 10+ years of experience in creative services management, Merina lends her skills to nonprofits, mission-driven organizations, and companies in both the public and private sectors. Her mission is to communicate a message through both words and visual representation. She has received a Bachelors in Graphic Design and a Diploma in Digital Marketing. Merina currently enjoys coaching small businesses, photographing non-profit events and galas, and volunteering at a local animal shelter.
